To carry out the work safely you agree to give us reasonable access to the work area, to tell us about anything that could affect the job (such as underground services, boundary ownership or access restrictions) and to obtain any permissions that are your responsibility, such as agreement with neighbours or any planning or landlord consent that may apply.
Payment terms will be set out in your quote or agreement. Please ask if anything is unclear before you accept.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Where the law gives you a right to cancel a contract, for example for services agreed away from our business premises, we will explain this in the paperwork for your job. If you wish to cancel or change a job, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will carry out work with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss that was not a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach, and we are not responsible for delays or problems caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather.
